Baltic Sea 2020 works proactively to find projects and collaborations in the focus areas that are priorities for the foundation ( fishing and eutrophication). The foundation supports and works with concrete and clearly delimited projects and applied research in these areas.

In addition, the foundation welcomes innovative, creative project proposals for how to concretely improve the Baltic Sea environment. If the foundation finds a proposal suitable within the range of challenges faced by the Baltic (fishing, eutrophication, seaborne transportation and environmental toxins) and the foundation’s philosophy, we will contact the applicant. In all other cases, Baltic Sea 2020 does not commit to responding or commenting on any given applications.

Guidelines for communication

Baltic Sea 2020 reserves the right to be the first to communicate information about granted proposals or any other information concerning Baltic Sea 2020’s projects.
